I’m enjoying this journey, that’s for sure.

Took my motorbike out yesterday and my pants were very loose (could not do them up 3 months ago...) it felt great to go for a ride and not to have anything hanging over the top of the pants 😉 I love how I eat, what I eat, it all just ‘fits’. I think I’d like me low weight to be 64 and my top weight where I am now, 66, what do you think?

The weight just keeps dropping.

Feels great as I’m not hungry (I do get an appetite but that’s a good thing ah?) And I eat very well and no little portions. I’m making it too easy for you ah? 🤣🤣

As you can see the overnight oats are my favorite.. just love the ease of it, the preparing it the evening before and then I can eat it straight away in the morning... love love love it.

Seeing that 78 on the scales is insane!

Especially considering I was all worried at the start of the week. It’s kind of weird as well to see that number, I haven’t seen anything below 80 in such a long time so it’s really nice to see that I am making progress so early in the program. I’m really happy with how things are going and am excited to keep going hard at this little journey.

It’s been so easy to stick to and I’m proud of myself

Learning from the best! It feels amazing and I’m so proud of myself. These food plans and workouts have been so easy to manage when I’m on for the week. Knowing what to buy and make is getting easier and I’m really starting to enjoy this new lifestyle :)

Under 90kg already not even a full week in

Feels great. I’ve been sitting on 91kg for months, so it’s encouraging to finally see some progress. Also, the diet plan is good without ever feeling hungry.

Pushing more weight and feeling stronger

I’ve just amped up the training! Did my first chest presses with 10kg dumbbells this week and shoulder press at 8 instead of 5. Hopefully my metabolism is speeding up with that!

Down 3kg and enjoying the routine

Yes going very well. I’ve lost around 3kg. I think I was actually 81.4 when I started, not 84. And now I’m 78kg, so very happy. Walking every day and really enjoying it. Drinking water every day too.
