Finally under 88 kg after years stuck at 89

I was so happy to see the scales go down finally as I have hit 89.0 kg so many times but never managed to drop even 100 g under. Finally down to 88 is fantastic. Have not been this weight for about 2.5 years. Looking forward to getting to 86.

That is wonderful news that you love your breakfast and that you feel full from it. A small but important win. And it is so easy. I love it. I used feijoas this morning instead of berries. My lifestyle has completely changed for the better

Thank you. It has definitely been a great lifestyle change and I am feeling so much better for it. I used to love having a drink, now I notice how my body feels when I do. It affects my sleep, so I hardly drink now. Same with food, if I eat bad, it feels like putting diesel in a petrol engine. Not good.

Finally zipped up the dress after 3 years

I bought a really nice dress 3 years ago and it was way too small. I refused to send it back and told myself I would fit it one day. Today I finally managed to zip it up and it made me so happy. Still need to lose a bit more for comfort, but at least the zip does up.

    You’ll have the structure, flexibility, and support you need to finally make lasting changes, without doing it alone. 💛

  • Absolutely. BetterSelf isn’t about restriction or missing out. It’s about creating a sustainable lifestyle you actually enjoy. You’ll learn how to eat out, travel, and stay flexible without losing progress.

  • Both programs give you access to meal plans, workouts, recipes, and BetterSelf resources. The difference comes down to the level of support:

    • Group Coaching → Structure, tools, and a supportive community. Includes weekly group coaching calls and access to our community chat, perfect if you want flexibility at a lower investment.

    • 1:1 Coaching → Our highest level of support with fully personalised nutrition, workouts, and mindset coaching. You’ll have private weekly or fortnightly check-ins and direct access to your assigned coach for ongoing guidance.

  • It depends on your starting point, but most BetterSelf clients notice more energy, better mood, and improved control around food within the first 2 weeks of Phase 1.

    From there, if fat loss is your goal, we focus on a steady and sustainable pace, around 0.5kg or 1% of body weight per week. This helps ensure you’re losing fat, not muscle, which is key to keeping your metabolism healthy and maintaining your results long-term.

  • You’ll get access to 1000s of recipes and meal plans as well as workout programs that you can do at home or at the gym designed to fit your preferences, equipment, and lifestyle.
