Both programs give you access to meal plans, workouts, recipes, and BetterSelf resources. The difference comes down to the level of support:
Group Coaching → Structure, tools, and a supportive community. Includes weekly group coaching calls and access to our community chat, perfect if you want flexibility at a lower investment.
1:1 Coaching → Our highest level of support with fully personalised nutrition, workouts, and mindset coaching. You’ll have private weekly or fortnightly check-ins and direct access to your assigned coach for ongoing guidance.

It depends on your starting point, but most BetterSelf clients notice more energy, better mood, and improved control around food within the first 2 weeks of Phase 1.
From there, if fat loss is your goal, we focus on a steady and sustainable pace, around 0.5kg or 1% of body weight per week. This helps ensure you’re losing fat, not muscle, which is key to keeping your metabolism healthy and maintaining your results long-term.

Our workout programs are designed to be done at home or in the gym. If you’re training at home, we recommend having a few dumbbells (interchangeable ones work great) and a couple of resistance bands to get the best results.
