I’ve always been drawn to health and wellbeing, but it wasn’t until I stepped into a gym that I found my true passion: helping people believe in themselves and create their version of a healthy lifestyle.
That passion led me to run my own CrossFit and weightlifting gym for 12 years, coaching hundreds of people through their journeys.
Over time, I saw clients training hard and still feeling stuck, just like I was. That’s when I realised: health isn’t about ticking off a few habits. It’s a lifestyle of nutrition, recovery, movement, and tuning into your body’s needs. I knew that struggle too: overtraining, restricting food, fighting with my body, and never seeing results that matched the effort.
Everything shifted when I began studying nutrition, psychology, and personal development. I let go of restriction, supported my body better, and finally saw results by working smarter, not harder. For the first time, food felt easy, movement felt joyful, and I felt at peace in my own skin.
